Our Community Groups are small gatherings that typically meet in homes to develop friendships and build community. We have small groups that meet in Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva and Aurora.

Children's Ministry and Nursery
We have a fully staffed nursery for our infants each Sunday. There are also two classes offered: one for the 4-6 yr. olds and one for the 7yr. olds through 5th grade. The children are dismissed part way through our Sunday service. They then have a bible lesson, craft and snack time.
Sojourn Youth Ministry
Our youth ministry (Jr. and Sr. High) focuses on the development of gospel identity and community. We view this as a community group that helps our young people to better understand the nature of the Christian faith and the value of gospel-centered community in contrast to the world’s affinity and performance based communities.
Prison Ministry
There is a group that meets at Redeemer most Tuesday nights at 7pm to grade bible study papers completed by prison inmates. They also have a time of prayer for the inmates and their families. No part of this ministry involves entering prisons, it is all done at the church. If you are interested in helping with this important ministry, please contact Scott Kalas at 630-863-4260 or .
ESL
Our English as a Second Language ministry is held here at Redeemer several times throughout the week. Day, and some evening classes are offered. If you are interested in helping, please contact Brenda Dyer at .
Kids Klub
We are beginning to offer a Kid's Klub this school year at Redeemer as an after school program for children whose moms and dads work and aren't home when the children get out of school. Homework help, bible lessons and more will be offered. Man power is needed so that this can be a success. Please contact Brenda Dyer or the church office if you could help one day a week or several, or if you could help for one hour or more. Any and all help would be appreciated.
Clothes Closet
We have a Clothes Closet here at Redeemer where we give away gently used clothing, small household items, toys, and baby things to those in need. We accept donations for this ministry during the summer Tuesday-Friday 9am-4pm. During the school year we accept donations on Fridays from 9am-4pm. Each month, usually on the first Monday of the month, we have the Give Away open to the community from 6-7:30pm. This ministry is run completely by volunteers, so be sure to sign up to help bless our community.
Theology Pub is a forum for open discussion and dialog between anyone attending who wishes to express their ideas on the topic Pastor Joe lays out for us at the beginning of the meeting. These discussions are facilitated by Joe as he introduces questions and ideas related to the topic. Everyone is welcome. It is always held at McNally's Irish Pub in downtown Saint Charles. First Steps Preschool is a ministry of Redeemer Fellowship, where you will find a warm, loving, Christian environment for your child. We are a licensed Christian preschool that was started in 1980. Our program is designed to challenge each child at his or her stage of development. We offer a theme based curriculum, in an environment that encourages exploration and interactive learning. Your child will grow in independence and social skills while interacting in the classroom.
