Joe Thorn, Lead Pastor (blog) Joe was raised in Geneva, IL, and came to know Christ after graduating from high school. He is married to Jen and together they have 3 kids (Katherine, Elias and Madeline) and are expecting number 4! If you’re looking for Joe and can’t find him, he might be in a local coffee shop or running through town. Pat Aldridge, Pastor of Family and Youth Ministries Patrick received the gift of salvation at the age of 15. He has a degree in Christian Ministry from Multnomah Bible College (now Multnomah University). Married Cheryl in May of 1994, and the twins, Katelyn and Thomas, were born July 2004. Patrick finds hanging with children and youth more fun than most adults. Tom Nicoski Tom was raised in West Chicago, IL, and came to know Christ his last year of high school. He and his wife Wendy are both graduates of Judson College. He met Wendy while playing the drums in a church music group back in 1974. Together they have 3 kids (Shanan, Jeremy, Jodi). He has been involved in church music, teaching and leadership for more than 30 years. Interests include GIS, web site design, program development, music, muscle cars and Disney. Jeff Willey Jeff was raised in Glendale Heights, IL. Christ changed his life as an adult at the age of 32. Jeff and his wife DeAnn have 3 children, Kacy, Jacob and Alyssa. God has blessed them with the privilege of owning a landscape company which has opened up a wonderful mission field for Christ. Jeff sees that God has grown him through many different areas of service to the church, but truly enjoys serving the children's ministries. Jeff enjoys fishing, travel and spending time with his family.
