Nehemiah is a book about repentance, revival restoration and the advance of God's people. It is a book that not only chronicles the rebuilding of the Wall around Jerusalem, but what God does in the hearts of his people when he leads them back to himself to find their identity, passion and place in the world. This is a timely book for us as a congregation as we seek to keep pace with God as he continues to build his church. What is required of us as followers of Christ, and as a fellowship?
