Associate Pastor of Discipleship

We are looking for a man with a clear and confirmed calling to the pastorate to serve our church as the Associate Pastor of Discipleship who will create a culture of discipleship at Redeemer primarily through developing and implementing structures to help the congregation “make disciples as disciples.” He would become a member of Redeemer Fellowship, affirming our belief statement, vision, values, philosophy of ministry, and fulfilling the expectations of all Redeemer Fellowship members.
